Program Outcomes

Articulate an understanding of food ingredients, supplies and cost considerations within a commercial food service operation.
Evaluate and envision the path that ingredients take from inception to consumption through collaboration with crop, soil, and animal sciences.
Innovate culinary practices and products utilizing the WWCC working farm to achieve the “Farm to Table” model.
Operate and maintain state-of-the-art equipment and technology to create classic and contemporary dishes.
Interpret the food systems pathway and the role of the chef.
