Paying Your Tuition

Congratulations! Now that you are registered for classes, the next step is to pay for your tuition and get ready for the first day of class. Paying for college can feel stressful, but we are here to help. Walla Walla Community College offers several ways to pay tuition, to better meet your needs.

First, it’s important to know how much you owe. You can check your tuition balance at any time online in ctcLink. Follow these directions for accessing your tuition balance via the ctcLink Mobile login.

You have three options for paying your balance:

Pay your balance in full (online, in-person, US Mail, or over the phone)
Pay partial payments (online, in-person, US Mail, or over the phone). Note: Partial payments that are not part of a Nelnet Payment Plan and do not pay the balance owed in full could lead to classes being dropped.

Pay By Mail

We can accept payment in the form of a check, cashier’s check, or money order made out to Walla Walla Community College. Along with the check, please include the student’s name, student ID number, and a phone number where you can be reached.

Call Cashiering at 509.527.4204 and have your credit card handy to provide the card details.

If Cashiering staff are not able to answer your call immediately, leave a message including the student’s name, student ID number, and a phone number where you can be reach. Cashiering staff check messages frequently and will return calls in the order received.

Important Tuition Responsibilities

Pay by Due Date

You may be dropped from your classes is you do not pay your tuition by the quarterly tuition due date. It is your responsibility to make sure your tuition bill has been paid on time, or to drop the classes before the due date, if necessary.

Verification of Payment

If you have already been approved for tuition payment by Financial Aid or another source such as scholarships, Veterans Administration, Worker Retraining, WorkFirst, Labor & Industries, etc., it is your responsibility to contact Cashiering at 509.527.4204 before the tuition due date to verify that your bill has been paid or is flagged for a pending payment to avoid being dropped from your class.

If you have applied for financial aid but have not yet received an award letter, you may want to sign up for the Nelnet payment plan to avoid missing classes while you wait.

Registration After Tuition Due Date

Students who register and pay tuition after the quarterly tuition due date has passed will be charged a registration fee. Tuition is due at the time of registration for those who register after the quarterly tuition due date. Refer to the College calendar for current due dates.

Payment Vouchers from Non WWCC Payers

If you are receiving financial assistance from a non-WWCC funding source (3rd party sponsor, L&I, DSHS, Work Source, etc.), please have those agencies/sponsors email the payment voucher to [email protected].

You may also leave a message for Accounts Receivable staff at 509.527.4204. In your message, please include your name, student ID number, and a phone number where you can be reached.
