Proctored Exams
The Testing Center provides exam proctoring services for both on and off campus students, distance learning exams, and make-up exams. Appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested test date to ensure test delivery, time, and space availability. Appointments can be made through each campus’s Testing Center.
Student Information
All students are required to check in at the Testing Center. A valid photo ID such as student ID card or Driver’s License must be presented upon check-in. Lockers are available to store your things during testing.
Before you test:
- Remember to bring your exam materials – if required by instructor (scantron sheet, calculator, etc.)
- All personal belongings will be stored prior to testing including but not limited to; backpacks, cell phones, books, study aids, and listening devices.
- Food and/or beverages are not allowed in the testing rooms.
- Please allow sufficient time to complete your exam. You will not be permitted to begin your exam if the total exam time allowed extends beyond open lab hours.
- If you need to make other arrangements please contact your Faculty member.
Non-WWCC Students:
- Non-WWCC students must make an appointment to test.
- All Non-WWCC students must pay an $30.00 testing fee.
- Payments must be made prior to testing.
- Testing fees can be paid at the Business Services Office at 509.527.4204.
Faculty Information
The Testing Center provides testing services to faculty to assist with make-up exams and testing for students with accommodations. Students are requested to make an appointment to test to ensure that all parties are aware of the need to test in the Testing Center.
Using the Testing Center:
- In order to protect exam security, exams must be delivered in a timely manner and given only to testing staff, left in our secured drop box, or submitted via email to [email protected].
- Please do not leave exams at the testing counter unattended.
- If exams are scheduled in advance, the Testing Center will notify you via email regarding the students’ appointment time.
- If exams are not in the testing center upon the students’ arrival, the student will be referred to faculty to make arrangements for the exam to be proctored.
Accurate test administration depends in part on you. Please submit your exam with an exam cover sheet. You will need to complete the top half of the cover sheet.
Testing Center Locations
WALLA WALLA CAMPUS
The Walla Walla Campus Testing Center is located in in the Library, 2nd floor of the main building (Building D).
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a break for lunch.
CLARKSTON CAMPUS
The Clarkston Campus Testing Center is located in Room 117 in the main building.
Hours: Testing Center hours vary depending on need.
