Nelnet Payment Plan

Don’t have money to pay your college tuition all at once? Enroll in our online payment plan through Nelnet and start budgeting for your education today. The sooner you start, the lower your monthly payments will be. Online enrollment includes a monthly payment plan, flexible payment options, and no interest.

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. You must have a minimum balance of $100 to budget through the automatic payment plan.

Please do not assume that your balance will be automatically adjusted if financial aid has been received or a class has been dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through your Nelnet account or call the WWCC Cashier’s Office to confirm the change.

International students on non-immigrant visas are not eligible to participate in the Nelnet Payment Plan.

Cost to Participate

  • $15 enrollment fee per quarter
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card (Mastercard, Visa & Discover)

If a credit/debit card is used, a service fee in addition to the enrollment fee will be assessed.

Simple Steps to Enroll in a Nelnet Payment Plan

  1. Meet with your advisor
  2. Pick your classes and receive registration instructions
  3. Enroll in classes through ctcLink
