WWCC welcomes all student regardless of their vaccination status, though certain external requirements may be in place for health care and other students.
Health care students who have clinical rotations must follow the vaccination requirements of the health care institution where they will be working.
When you test positive for Covid-19, it’s important take action to minimize the health risks to yourself and others.
Labor and Industries manages workplace rules for Covid-19 now.
- Those testing positive must not come to campus for at least five days from symptoms appearing.
- To return to campus, you must be fever free for 24 hours without having to use of any fever-reducing medication.
- Once you return to campus, you must use an upgraded mask through Day 10 from symptoms appearing.
The statewide mask mandate was lifted for most places on March 12, 2022. Upgraded masking (e.g., N95 mask) is required for those returning from isolation and those who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
