Questions about awarding for the upcoming school year:
Updates for students attending Fall 2021: If you have completed your 2021-2022 file with us (you can check here if you’re unsure: https://portal3.wwcc.edu/SIClient/fa-login), the awarding timelines will look a little different this year. For those who had a completed file by May 3rd, your estimated award date will be in late August, if you completed your file after that, check your portal to see your estimated award date. We do apologize for the delay in award and the inconvenience this may cause, we are currently in a campus wide training and implementation process, as we are switching the programs we use. We appreciate your patience as we are working incredibly hard to review, award and implement these changes.
During this time we are processing student files as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to email us at [email protected], we will reply within 24-48 business hours.
If you do not have a completed financial aid file by May 1st, your eligibility may not be determined by the Fall Quarter tuition due date. In this case, please sign up for the automatic payment plan.
In addition, please plan to have funds in place to pay for books and other class related expenses until your financial aid eligibility has been determined.
