FACILITY SERVICES FORMS
Custodial Services helps to maintain a clean and safe environment with daily cleaning of buildings, recycling and trash collection, meeting set-ups, etc.
Note: Employees who book meeting rooms through 25Live can add custodial resources during the booking process and do not need to submit an additional custodial work order.
If you need to submit a custodial work order, you can submit the request using the Work Order form and select the appropriate building on the Building/Area field.
The Grounds Services are caretakers of approximately 144 acres of the Walla Walla Community College. In addition, they are responsible for sprinkler system maintenance, trash and litter control, snow and ice removal, and equipment maintenance. If you need to submit a grounds/landscaping work order, you can submit the request using the Work Order form and select “Outdoor Space” on the Building/Area field.
Facility Services maintains and improves the buildings of both the WWCC Walla Walla Campus and the WWCC Clarkston Campus. If you need to submit a maintenance work order, you can submit the request using the Work Order form and select the appropriate building on the Building/Area field.
To request alterations, renovations, remodeling, or equipment installations in any of the college’s facilities, use the form link above. All modifications to a space or its use must meet all applicable code requirements. Project work also includes IT-related projects that require the permanent installation of equipment (e.g. hanging a TV, installing speakers, etc.).
This form is NOT for IT desktop support requests (e.g. computers, desktop monitors, printers). Please use an IT Helpdesk ticket for those requests.

The Key Request form should be submitted by the individual needing the key. It will route to the requester’s supervisor and the Director of Facilities for approval.
Once ready, keys are available for pick up at J Building on the northwest side between 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm daily.
