Patrick Sisneros will become Vice President of Administrative Services for Walla Walla Community College, effective Jan. 16. 2024.

Sisneros joins WWCC after serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, Oregon, where he was responsible for leading, planning and coordinating the college’s critical business operations. He is also recognized for helping to create a campus with physical spaces that are more inclusive and welcoming.

“Pat Sisneros brings a strong commitment to the community college mission and experience. He has the right background to help WWCC advance innovative programs and operations that will benefit our students, employees and community members,” said WWCC President Chad Hickox.

A member of the President’s leadership team, the Vice President of Administrative Services directs financial and business services, budget preparation and management, facilities services, technology services, vendor contracts, pre- and post-award grant support, purchasing and procurement and asset management.

“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to serve students at a college I’ve long admired and hope to bring my Hispanic heritage and life experiences to benefit students representing diverse backgrounds,” Sisneros said.

Sisneros earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.

In addition to working at Blue Mountain Community College, Sisneros spent 25 years as an instructor and administrator at Everett Community College. He was also a partner in a family-owned franchised pizza restaurant. For the past year, he has served as a business management instructor with WWCC’s Corrections Education Program.

Sisneros lives in Walla Walla with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys watching baseball and playing the guitar.
