WWCC Leadership Academy

The WWCC Leadership Academy is an in-house professional development program designed for employees seeking to enhance their leadership skills and help guide WWCC through future initiatives, opportunities and challenges.

The WWCC Leadership Academy provides a personal and supportive experience for the enhancement of skills with specific emphasis on leadership philosophy and practice, diversity, communication, group dynamics and change management. Participants meet monthly from October through May to explore specific topics as well as to design and complete a team project that addresses an issue or need at the college.

Application Requirements

Complete the Leadership Academy 2026–2027 online application form.
Submit a letter of support from your supervisor that addresses your qualifications for the program and your leadership potential.
Submit the WWCC Leadership Academy Participant Agreement with applicant and supervisor signatures.
