Welcome!

WWCC strives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, not only because diversity fuels excellence and innovation, but because we want to pursue justice. Each of us is responsible for creating a safer, more inclusive environment.

The Office for Equity, Diversity & and Inclusion (OEDI) facilitates and supports the development of institutional policies and protocols intended to create a more representative, equitable and inclusive Walla Walla Community College.

The OEDI aims to provide helpful resources for our students, faculty, staff and community that will inform our ongoing quest for social and racial equity and create a sense of belonging for all. With a collaborative approach to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, the OEDI serves as a resource for the identification and analysis of best practices and national trends related to access, inclusion, intercultural competencies, diversity and equity.
