Additionally, OCB will sponsor and support various trainings, programs, resources, retreats, etc. that are embedded in national best practices related to inclusive culture building within higher education

Our Eternal Flame (Vision)

The Office for Connection and Belonging (OCB)  will lead WWCC in creating a culture that is based in the curiosity to know more about ourselves and others; where together, we lean into the unknown with emotional intelligence, empathy, respect, and fearlessness.

OCB will build a thriving culture where EVERYONE feels seen, heard, and empowered to be their true authentic selves.
