About Capstone Kitchen

Capstone Kitchen is the student-run restaurant of the Wine Country Culinary Institute at Walla Walla Community College. Each week, advanced culinary students craft seasonal menus that showcase professional technique and the flavors of the Walla Walla Valley.

Public lunch service is offered during the Fall and Winter quarters, Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Exact dates vary annually and are reflected in the reservation tool on this page.

Our menu changes weekly to reflect the season and the creativity of our students. Each prix fixe lunch includes three courses designed and executed by the Capstone Kitchen team.
