WWCC Leadership Academy
The WWCC Leadership Academy is an in-house professional development program designed for employees seeking to increase their leadership skills and help guide WWCC through future initiatives, opportunities and challenges.
The Academy provides a personal and supportive experience for the enhancement of skills with specific emphasis on leadership philosophy and practice, diversity, communication, group dynamics and change management. Participants meet twice monthly from October through May to explore specific topics as well as to design and complete a team project that addresses an issue or need at the college.
