We provide professional photography and videography services to showcase your story, whether it’s promoting an event, creating compelling admissions materials, or enhancing your department’s website. All projects must align with the college’s strategic priorities, so we may not be able to accommodate every request. Our services include event coverage, studio sessions, and on-location productions.

FAQ

How long does it take to receive my photos and/or videos?

Typically, photo and video projects require editing and are not available for immediate turnaround unless that is the process desired. Depending on the size of the project and deliverables needed, here are our typical turnaround times:

Studio portraits and headshots — 1 week
Environmental or on-location portraits — 1 week
Event coverage — 2 weeks
Video streams — 1 week
Marketing or promotional video production — 6 weeks
Archival video — 4 weeks

How will I receive the images and videos?

You will typically receive an email with a link to a SharePoint folder. (Make sure you are logged into the school’s email portal to access the SharePoint folder). From this link, you can download the content.

What should I know about Walla Walla Community College’s professional photos?

The Marketing and Communications Department is proud to offer professional headshots for all employees. These photos will be featured on the website directory and may also appear on department webpages. Additionally, they can be used for professional purposes, such as speaking engagements, news articles, or other venues.

Your headshot is an important part of the college’s identity and storytelling efforts. High-quality images not only enhance our professional image but also contribute to a positive user experience.

Dress Code Guidelines:

Avoid wearing clothing with obvious branding or writing unless it’s WWCC-branded.
Hats should not be worn for headshots.
Sunglasses are not allowed unless medically necessary.
When in doubt, professional workplace attire is a good choice.
