To the ensure the vitality and relevance of curriculum at Walla Walla Community College by guiding and facilitating a process that fosters transparency and a culture of amenable collaboration.

Vision

The Curriculum Council envisions a WWCC in which faculty provide every student with access to effective, intentional curriculum that delivers the relevant knowledge, skills and expertise to embark upon a meaningful career and enhance our communities.

Goals

  1. Increase faculty involvement in curriculum review by publishing our annual deadlines by fall conference, making the process more transparent, and removing unnecessary complications.
    1. Curriculum Council will provide a comprehensive guidebook that renders the procedures on curriculum transparent, provides scaffolding for faculty’s interface with the Council, and highlights Council-adjacent processes of WWCC.
