Curriculum Council

Ready to update your curriculum? The Curriculum Council provides the guidance and resources you need to navigate curriculum proposals with clarity and confidence. Find process guidance, timelines, templates, and other tools to help you prepare materials and understand each stage of review. Our goal is to make curriculum work clear, consistent, and manageable.

1. Work on curriculum updates any time. Connect with CTL early for required outcomes review.

2. Move changes into Curriculog when they are ready.

3. Submit early enough to complete the full review process. To be considered for the following year’s catalog, proposals must complete all required prior approvals and reach the Curriculum Council review stage by February 7.

4. Submit at least two weeks before the CC deadline. For next year’s catalog, proposals must clear all prior approvals and reach Curriculum Council review by February 7. We strongly suggest having proposals ready to go at the end of the Fall quarter.

5. Curriculum Council will vote and respond within 14–27 days.
