Events and Rentals

Walla Walla Community College offers a variety of spaces for meetings, trainings, and events across campus. Rentals are available during the academic year Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and during summer (July–August) Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Limited after-hours availability may be considered. Rentals are unavailable on holidays and college closure dates; refer to the academic calendar for details.

Event Request Form

Main Building D

A large multipurpose room with gray carpet and high ceilings. Folding tables are arranged in a square configuration with stackable chairs. A pull-down projection screen and ceiling-mounted projector are at the front. US and Washington State flags flank the screen. Wildlife photography decorates the walls.

Room 185 – Large Conference Room

Flexible conference space that can be used as one large room or divided into three sections (A, B, C). Ideal for meetings and trainings.
Capacity: up to 100 (varies by setup)
Technology: Screen, projector, microphone (technology available on A side)
