Post-college Employment and Transfer
The Washing State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) provides reports and interactive dashboards on after-college outcomes, including transfers to four-year baccalaureate institutions and post-college employment and earnings. Both reports can be filtered to show only outcomes for Walla Walla Community College students.
The WA Education Research and Data Center (ERDC) provides an “Earnings for Graduates” dashboard, where statewide median earnings by college, major, and industry are available for comparison. ERDC’s Employer Demand reports provide a monthly assessment of the top 20 skill clusters and certifications that employers are looking for in workers, as well as the top 20 occupations and employers, by county.
