The ideal candidate will have:

*Equivalent education/experience may substitute at the discretion of the College

  • Master’s Degree
  • 5 or more years of progressive management responsibility in higher education
  • Experience in student services in higher education
  • Title IX training

The following qualifications are preferred/desired:

  • Doctorate degree in counseling, educational leadership, or related field
  • Management of student code of conduct and judicial affairs
  • Experience developing strategic enrollment management, student retention, and completion plans
  • Grant writing and grant management experience
  • Bilingual, especially in Spanish/English
