This page provides instructions on configuring Outlook 2019 for Mac to access your Office 365 account using Exchange.

Configuring Your Account

In order to add a new Exchange account in Outlook 2019 for Mac:

1. Open the Outlook app
2. Navigate to the “Tools” bar and select “Account”
3. This image should appear, press the plus button circled in the bottom left of the page.

If starting fresh, skip to step 4.

4. Click “Get Started”

5. Click “Sign In”

6. Enter your NetID when your email is requested.

NOTE: This may be an [814 number]@wwcc.edu for accounts older than April 25, 2022. For newer accounts, it will be based on the user’s name.

Your account name can be looked up by navigating to the Lookup Page and selecting option 2

7. Enter your password and click “Sign In”

8. Click “Start Using Outlook”

9. Click to add your account once again
