Computing Accounts
ITS assigns all users a unique username, also referred to as your SID or NetID. It is important you create a secure password for your WWCC account.

Email
ITS provides Microsoft Office 365, a suite of online services. It includes a full-featured email system with web access, integrated calendaring, support for mobile devices, 50 gigabytes of email storage, and 1 terabyte of document storage. A full suite of Office 365 applications are now available for download by active students.
The college has identified Microsoft Outlook as the central email system for faculty and staff. If you are working away from your office, you can access your email through our web-based Webmail.
Technology-Enhanced Resources
For information about access to Canvas, WWCC’s online learning management system, visit canvas.wwcc.edu. Canvas allows faculty to deliver course materials, such as syllabi, handouts, and quizzes, to students; it also provides grade management tools and other functionality.
Canvas currently offers four mobile applications. This brings teaching and learning to mobile device and gives WWCC instructors and students access to their Canvas course information directly from their smartphones and tablets. For more information, see the Canvas Help Center.

MyWWCC, the college’s portal, is available wwcc.edu/myWWCC. It provides centralized access to various online accounts, such as Canvas, and other resources, such as college and departmental announcements, and other services. MyWWCC is part of the college’s single sign-on system, which means that you may log in using your WWCC netID and password.
Getting Help
Technology Service emphasize “One-Stop Calling,” meaning that all staff and students are encouraged to call the Helpdesk number to ensure the calls are answered, logged, and tracked to completion.
After-hours calls outside of 7AM-5PM will be assured a voice mail and will be attended to the next business day. Call the helpdesk at 527.4357 (HELP).
In an after-hours emergency, a technician can be reached at 509.223.2065.
