Commencement is held once a year in June for all students who at the end of spring quarter will complete, or are within ten credits of completing, their degree or certificate. You and your family are encouraged to participate in the special occasion. We hope you will help us celebrate this major accomplishment in your life by attending graduation exercises.

Participation in the commencement ceremony does not imply that your degree has been awarded. You must meet all degree or certificate requirements before a degree or certificate is awarded. All diplomas are mailed from the Evaluations Office after grades have been verified. This process normally takes approximately eight to ten weeks after the end of the quarter.
