WA REAL ESTATE PRACTICES
This is a practical course for new real estate agents. It offers guidelines in areas such as: listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pricing property, qualifying the purchaser, agency relationships, financing, and other information pertinent to the new salesperson. All new salespersons are required by the State to take this course before their first renewal. It also satisfies the 30-hour elective requirement for broker's license applications. Open Entry; $1 75.

Washington Real Estate Law offers an overview of the legal aspects of real estate. It discusses the laws governing the ownership and sale of real estate in Washington, examines common problems in real estate transactions, and provides examples from actual court cases.
