Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences Degree in Energy Systems Technology - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning This technical degree prepares the student for success in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. It can be utilized by individuals planning to enter their chosen career upon graduation or for the individual who is interested in improving current skills and knowledge. Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences Degree in Energy Systems Technology - Electrical This technical degree prepares the student to enter into a cooperative training experience, often resulting in long-term employment with the training entity. This degree is designed as a pre-apprenticeship preparation. Energy Systems Technology - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Certificate This certificate is equivalent to the first year of the AAAS Degree in Energy Systems Technology - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Energy Systems Technology - Electrical Certificate Introduction to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning: FT / FT Student Endorsements are provided in selected Professional-Technical Programs consisting of less than 20 credit hours and are designed to provide basic entry-level skills. This course is designed to help participants gain or enhance skills associated with the theory of Heating and Air Conditioning and servicing associated equipment. Introduction to Electrical: FT / FT Student This course is designed to help participants gain or enhance skills associated in understanding the theory of electricity / electronics and servicing associated equipment involved in plant maintenance. Electricity/Electronics-Maintenance of Motor Controls: FT / FT Student This course is designed to help participants gain or enhance skills associated in understanding the theory of electricity / electronics and servicing associated equipment involved in plant maintenance. |
