Thanks, again, to all who participated in the listening sessions. The posters created as a result are posted on both the Clarkston and Walla Walla campuses. In Walla Walla, you can find them Under the Knee. Additional smaller copies will be distributed to various locations on campus and to the Corrections Education sites.
The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce their intent to award the Search Consultant contract to AGB Search. Ms. Shannon McCambridge and Ms. Laird Desmond will be the assigned consultants and will be meeting with the Search Advisory Committee on Wednesday, March 9, to review the timeline for search activities and the Presidential Profile which is the document used to begin the advertising and recruiting process.
The Board received eight (8) proposals from Executive Search firms desiring to assist with the Presidential search. The Search Advisory Committee Chair and Vice Chair narrowed the field to four(4) finalists who will be interviewed on Wednesday, February 24.

Walla Walla Community College students, faculty, staff, community members, and other stakeholders are invited to provide input about the considerations important in selecting the college’s next president at a series of forums.
Feedback will be shared with the Presidential Search Advisory Committee and others involved in the search process.
“Our goal is to ensure the search is well informed and that all WWCC community members and stakeholders have an opportunity to share their thoughts,” said Darcey Fugman-Small, chair of the search advisory committee and member of the Board of Trustees. “We are scheduling listening sessions in Walla Walla and Clarkston.
