  Documentation

The College will not provide accommodations until documentation is provided that establishes the student has a disability that substantially limits some major life activity and supports the need for the accommodations requested.

Qualified Professionals

The student must provide necessary medical and diagnostic information from qualified professionals to support a request for accommodations. The documentation must sufficiently verify the existence of a disability as defined under the ADA. In some instances, the disability is sufficiently obvious to verify the disability. The cost of documentation is borne by the student.
