Introduction to the fields of agriculture, turf, and landscape irrigation. Sprinkler and micro/drip irrigation systems, tools, equipment, and water issues will be covered.

A. Discuss critically the irrigation industry in the Pacific Northwest.
B. Distinguish between types of irrigation equipment and their applications.
C. Evaluate sprinkler patterns.
D. Analyze agricultural and turf irrigation systems.
