Description
Comprehensive study of hydraulic fundamentals, component repair and diagnostics including hydrostatic transmissions used in outdoor power. Necessary for EETC Technician Certification.

Intended Skills and Attitude Outcomes
A. Diagnose, repair, and adjust clutches.
B. Disassemble, diagnose, and repair transmissions, differentials, and drive axles.
C. Disassemble and diagnose hydrostatic pump and motor failure.
D. Service and maintenance on different brake systems.
E. Proper use and operation of PTO’s.
F. Service and maintenance of belt and chain drives.
