Examination of the United States Constitution and amendments. Special attention is given to the effects of constitutional principles on civil society and the criminal justice system. Topics include: Historical overview, legal principles, due process, rights & liberties, and practical applications within the criminal justice system. Recommended: READ 088 or higher.
