Description
Focuses entirely on advanced players of the game. Elements of success used by peak performers and routines employed by leading golf coaches and instructors are examined in depth. Mental toughness, emotional resilience, course management and short game expertise are highlighted. Fitness, strength, flexibility, and nutrition will be addressed. Focal points are the rigors of tournament golf.

Intended Skills and Attitude Outcomes
A. Identify possible career paths in the golf industry.
B. Know fundamental golf facility business practices.
C. Perform essential operations necessary in a golf shop.
D. Identify key product features of golf equipment.
E. Repair and refurbish elementary club components.
F. Promote new player development programs.

H. Understand the relevance of golf’s history and traditions.
