Description
Students explore issues related to their cooperative work experience focusing on effective workplace relationships and how self-knowledge, perception, attitudes, and behavior affect these relationships and job satisfaction. Students will also learn effective learning skills for workplace and educational success. Co-requisite: PGM 191.

Intended Skills and Attitude Outcomes
A. Identify possible career paths in the golf industry.
B. Know fundamental golf facility business practices.
C. Perform essential operations necessary in a golf shop.
D. Identify key product features of golf equipment.
E. Repair and refurbish elementary club components.
F. Promote new player development programs.
G. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
H. Understand the relevance of golf’s history and traditions.
