Master Course Outline Rules of Golf I Course Number: PGM 121 Credits: 3 Hours per Quarter: 40 Lecture Hours:20    Lab Hours:20 Description Provides an extensive examination of the Rules of Golf. Topics include use of the Rules book, etiquette and safety, definitions, conforming equipment and player responsibilities. Exact interpretations of Rules questions are detailed in the Decisions book. A brief history of the Rules and changes since prior revision period are also discussed. Intended Skills and Attitude Outcomes A. Recognize major Rules changes from prior revision period. B. Know fundamental golf etiquette and course safety precautions. C. Perform essential operations necessary in Rules administration. D. Identify key product features of golf equipment. E.
