C. Correct formatting and editing the following business documents: Business letters and correspondence, Reports, Memos, and Tables.
D. Basic windows operation.
E. Basic files management (directory, file saving, retrieving, deleting, printing, etc).
F. Keyboarding at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
