Master Course Outline Precalculus II Course Number: MATH& 142 Credits: 5 Hours per Quarter: 50 Lecture Hours:50 Description The second course of the precalculus sequence. Graphical analysis of concepts is emphasized through the use of technology. Topics include unit circle and triangle trigonometry, algebraic and graphical analysis of trigonometric and inverse trigonometric functions, applications of trigonometric functions, vectors, parametric equations, polar coordinates, and conic sections.
