Financial and accounting principles and practices specific to winery and vineyard operations management. Special consideration will be paid to legal compliance issues derived from the 3-Tier alcohol distribution system, the cyclical production of wine grapes as an agricultural crop, as well as evaluating ROI of winery and vineyard equipment investments.
