Master Course Outline Introduction to PLC and DDC Control Course Number: EST 250 Credits: 5 Hours per Quarter: 60 Lecture Hours:40    Lab Hours:20 Description Programmable logic controllers (PLC) for industrial control, an direct digital controls (DDC) for building automation. Students will gain an understanding of terminology, components, programming, interfacing and operation of PLC controls, and be introduced to DDC components, functions and operation in building automation and energy management.
