Master Course Outline Air Conditioning Systems Course Number: EST 120 Credits: 6 Hours per Quarter: 70 Lecture Hours:50    Lab Hours:20 Description Applies psychometrics to residential and light commercial package and split comfort air conditioner systems. Air Conditioning system installation and operating parameters in a Green Environment will be covered with emphasis on electrical and mechanical component operation and safety, compliance with NEC and the UMC will be taught to include maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs in typical AC equipment. Prerequisites: EST 100 and 101; or instructor permission.
