|A. Student will be able to identify available resources and services.
B. Student will demonstrate readiness to learn: based on current abilities, characteristics, and styles.
C. Student will explore personal, educational, and employment background and interests.
D. Student will apply instructor recommendations and interventions for improvement (i.e. skill gaps, learning deficiencies and difficulties, barrier identification with strategies).
E. Student will work with instructor to develop a plan of action to reach goals (personal learning/action plan).
F. Additional outcomes may be achieved based on the specific program of enrollment related to the Educational Interview Class (i.e. ESL, Families that Work, or Integrated Basic Work and Study Skills (IBEST) - an occupational support class).
