Description
This course is an introduction to drip irrigation concepts, methods, and components. Basic drip system maintenance, troubleshooting, and design are performed. Formerly WMGT 220. Prerequisite or co-requisite: WTM 112 or instructor permission.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Identify drip system components.
  • Explain drip irrigation concepts and methods.
  • Describe chemical injection and filtration systems.
  • Use industry standard procedures to maintain drip systems.
  • Diagnose drip system deficiencies (troubleshooting) and generate strategies to repair them.
