Description
A study of golf car fleet management is covered. Topics include planning, selection and acquisition of golf cars, fleet storage and organization, safety and liability issues, and rental policies. Also includes basic golf car maintenance, record keeping, and appreciation for the fleet as a financial investment. |
Intended Learning Outcomes
Identify skills required for effective fleet planning and operation
Identify range of skills necessary for fleet maintenance
Identify facility mission, customer profiles and set objectives
Determine fleet size, select and acquire golf cars
Establish a golf car rental program and rental policy
Establish operation policies and procedures
Address environmental concerns and develop a safety plan
Monitor maintenance performance of the golf car fleet
Provide adequate storage for the fleet
