Description
Develop business-related spreadsheet skills, including the ability to prepare, format, maintain and enhance an Excel worksheet for common business needs. Integrate formulas, functions and tables, manage multiple worksheets and workbooks, utilize filtering, conditional formatting, sorting and other advanced features to understand how to make important business decisions.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Demonstrate appropriate worksheet editing techniques and think critically regarding the creation of worksheets as they relate to business issues.
  • Design and implement functionality into workbooks and worksheets using the appropriate formulas and features.
  • Demonstrate efficiency by importing data from various sources to worksheets and tables.
  • Apply appropriate business decisions using information gained from sound data analysis principles.
