Description
Students will learn how to develop lifelong training and conditioning programs for themselves. They will learn how the body responds to various training methods and how to apply this to the cardiovascular and muscular systems. This course counts as an ELECTIVE toward an AA degree, NOT as an ACTIVITY COURSE. |
Intended Learning Outcomes
To help the student understand the body's response to various training methods.
To enable the student to apply training techniques necessary to develop both cardiovascular and muscular systems.
Provide students with the information necessary to develop a lifelong training and conditioning programs for themselves.
Performance on exams, completion of homework and class exercises, and class participation will determine the student's final grade.
