Description
This high intensity sports activity course will emphasize skills, strategies, safety, methods, and materials in competitive sports.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Exhibit proper etiquette to classmates and instructor/coach.
  • Employ the rules and guidelines for college sports & the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC).
  • Demonstrate physical and mental skills needed to be competitive in one’s sport.
  • Demonstrate safety in college sports.
  • Summarize and demonstrate skills and attitudes associated with positive team dynamics.
