Description
Overview of the wine industry in the Walla Walla Valley and the state of Washington. Students will enhance their knowledge of this growing industry and its current and future impact. Students will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for the art and skill that go into crafting premium wines. Must be at least 21 years old or by instructor permission.
