Description
The manager guides the cast through the rehearsal and production of the current play. Formerly THEA 270.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the principles, terminology and tools of standard theatrical stage management.
  • Create and manage a working prompt book.
  • Apply basic stage management concepts of theatrical production to auditions, production meetings, rehearsals, performances and post-production activities.
  • Ability to run the backstage operation of an actual live theatrical performance.
  • Work in cooperation with all other elements of a given production.
