Description
Introduction to programming in the Java programming languages. Topics include structured programming concepts, functions, arrays and pointers, and object oriented concepts. Recommended: CS 121.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Knowledge of the concept of object oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of the Java programming language.
  • Design programs using the concepts of OO Programming.
  • Design algorithms to solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of arrays, structures, stacks, queues, and vectors.
  • Debug the Java programs.
