Description
Designed to enhance the practical experiences of students during their cooperative learning experience. Feedback and discussion on pertinent work issues including; ethics, office politics, delegation, asking for help, networking, and identifying future career goals. Co-requisite BUS 291 or instructor permission. Formerly BA 292.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Assess tasks, strategies, and skills of effective leaders.
  • Identify personal values and apply those values to known organizations.
  • Formulate a strategy to become an effective leader within a known organization.
  • Identify strategies for cultivating committed employees who deliver excellent customer service and grow businesses.
