Description
Gain and apply leadership skills to promote professional and personal development. Topics include successful job search and retention strategies and employment skills. Students are required to be a paid and active member of Phi Beta Lambda and complete assigned community service and personal enrichment hours. Formerly BA 292. |

Complete a Draft and Final Application, Resume and Cover Letter.
Demonstrate Job Interview Skills.
Complete 10 hours of community service/personal enrichment.
Active participation in Phi Beta Lambda Chapter – student business leadership including professional development, community service, fundraising, and competitive events/conference participation.
