Description
Introduction to the principles of agri-business management. Identifies a practical system of farm record keeping with analysis of these records.

Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Discuss the purpose and importance of business records.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting basics.
  • Compare and contrast the components of record keeping systems.
  • Create and summarize records of daily and annual business transactions.
  • Produce financial statements for financial analysis, tax preparation, and credit applications.
