Description
Unibody and frame repair; the replacement of structural components; fundamentals of electricity; reading of wiring diagrams; chassis wiring and repairs; repairing power windows, power seats, and other accessory units will be covered. |
Intended Learning Outcomes
Mount and anchor a vehicle to a pulling system.
Select and understand how to use various types of pulling equipment.
Apply knowledge of electrical theory.
Understand wiring diagrams and diagnostic flow charts.
Inspect and/or repair wiring and connections.
Inspect and/or repair switches, relays, bulbs, and sockets of all lighting equipment.
Power window and seat systems.
Identify programmable electrical systems, retrieve diagnostic trouble codes, record data, clear codes, and reprogram after disconnecting power.
