  Underage Policy and Procedures

The Walla Walla Community College Board of Trustees passed an Underage Admission Policy in July 2003. This policy applies to all WWCC students under the age of eighteen, who are not enrolled in programs designed for their age group (i.e., Running Start, Alternative Education Program, or Tech Prep). Even though the student may have previously taken courses at WWCC, the procedure for acceptance and registration will now be required on a quarter-by-quarter basis.

Three separate forms are required to gain underage admission to WWCC; i.e., WWCC Underage Admission Policy & Procedures, Request for Admission Exception, and Release of Information. Download the three attached forms, complete them and call for an appointment either at Walla Walla campus or Clarkston campus.

If a student has earned a General Education Diploma or a high school diploma, the student should provide an official copy to the Admissions Office. With the GED or High School diploma, the student is exempt from the underage policy as described above.
