| Accounting Technology has a broad focus that emphasizes the skills required for a successful career in accounting or bookkeeping. Students take a variety of courses in subjects such as financial accounting, payroll accounting, tax accounting, and managerial accounting. Students also become proficient with several computer accounting systems. Select courses are available through distance learning. The Accounting Technology curriculum is reviewed by an advisory board composed of local and regional industry members. | |
